House rules/rental conditions (GTC) for our holiday homes
“Weinberghaus”, “Große Phylloxera” and “Riesling”
We would like to inform you about the rental conditions for our holiday apartments. The rental conditions essentially represent house rules and describe the booking process, arrival and departure as well as your stay. By booking, you accept these rental conditions.
Arrival and departure: In order to prepare the holiday apartments for the next guests, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. On days when we have no change of guests, arrival and departure can also be arranged individually. Please contact us again about a day before your arrival to arrange the handover of the keys. The driveway to the Weinberghaus is at your own risk.
Cancellation conditions:
From the signing of the rental agreement until the 46th day before departure, 20% of the rental agreement amount.
Up to 42 days before departure: 25% of the rental contract amount
Up to 31 days before departure: 50% of the rental contract amount
Up to 21 days before departure: 80% of the rental contract amount
Up to 11 days before departure: 90% of the rental contract amount
Up to 1 day before departure: 100% of the rental contract amount
The decisive factor for the time of withdrawal is the receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the landlord.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the holiday homes/apartments. We ask you to respect
as the majority of guests are non-smokers. All holiday homes/apartments offer the possibility of smoking a cigarette on the terraces, some of which are covered. Ashtrays are also available here.
Final cleaning: The final cleaning is included in the rental price and is carried out by a cleaning company
We assume that cleaning will take around 2.5 hours per holiday home. As new guests often arrive on the same day, we have to stick to these times, which almost always works. If these times are exceeded due to extraordinary effort, we have to charge 30 euros for each additional hour of cleaning of the holiday home, which is then offset against the deposit. We would like to ask you to leave the holiday home in a tidy condition (please leave the kitchen surfaces clean and the floor swept!). This includes washing the dishes (DO NOT leave any dishes in the dishwasher), cutlery, pots, etc., as well as separating and disposing of your waste in the containers provided. Unwashed dishes will be charged at an additional cost of 10 euros. Dishes or furniture that have been taken to one of the other houses and not returned will be checked by the cleaning company and put back. This means additional work and will be charged at an additional cost of 10 euros.
No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the sink, washbasin, shower or toilet, as this could lead to unpleasant blockages.

Pets: Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed on request (only FH Große Reblaus & Weinberghaus). The owner is liable for any damage caused by the animal. Please do not let animals sleep in the beds! The owner is responsible for removing the animal's droppings on/from the property.
Furniture: Furniture and furnishings from the interior should not be taken outside or into another house. Garden furniture should remain on the respective terrace of the
associated house.
Terrace and outdoor area: Barbecuing on the terraces is only permitted within the framework of the legal
regulations. Barbecuing is prohibited when there is a risk of forest fires! Please also be considerate of your fellow residents. Barbecuing is not permitted in the open spaces belonging to the house.
Please clean the charcoal grill after use or before departure (see above for additional costs for the cleaning company!). Clean the grill grate and dispose of ash or remaining charcoal in the compost that is available on the property or in the metal buckets provided for this purpose. If possible, dispose of leftover meat and sausage with the residual/organic waste - but under no circumstances in the toilet!
Please take the seat cushions for the garden furniture with you into your quarters overnight and in rainy weather and retract the awning at the vineyard house.
The sauna may only be entered wearing bathing sandals that have not been used on the lawn or similar. We ask that you treat the sauna bench with the disinfectant spray provided on site before and after each sauna session. This is for your own hygiene.
Access: There is no winter service on the access road to the mountain or on the property itself. The drive up to the mountain is at your own risk. There is one parking space available on the property for each house. Parking is also possible on the “Marienberge” street.
Children: The play needs of children must be taken into account appropriately. In particular, they may play in the areas provided for this purpose.
Keeping the playground and sandpit and the surrounding area clean is the responsibility of the parents whose children play there. The children themselves are also called upon to ensure that their play area is clean. The parents of the children playing must ensure that the toys used are put away after playing.
The playground is accessible to all residents of the holiday property “Living in the Vineyard”.
Quiet times must be observed on the playground.
Use of the playground is only permitted with the consent of parents or guardians and at your own risk.
The person responsible or the parents are liable for any deliberate damage of any kind.
Liability: The tenant and his companions are fully liable for any damage caused to the inventory, the holiday apartment or the holiday home. Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately and can usually be settled through private liability insurance.
Early departure: In case of early departure there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
However, we will endeavour to rent the accommodation to someone else and offset the income accordingly.
Price reduction: In case of a short-term failure of furnishings, public
Supply or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the
Holiday home defects must be reported to the landlord immediately. The guest grants the landlord a period of 36 hours to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account.
Quiet times: The holiday apartments are all located near a purely residential area and we would therefore ask you to respect the public quiet times such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday quiet times. Quiet should also be kept in the holiday apartments themselves between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. out of consideration for other guests.
House rules: Under certain circumstances (very rare) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment or holiday home without the knowledge of the guest.
The landlord or companies commissioned by him have the right to carry out work (e.g. lawn care and green areas) on the property and to carry out construction and maintenance work between Monday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This does not constitute a disturbance of the peace or a nuisance.
Termination: In the event of repeated violations of these rental conditions, the landlord can terminate the rental agreement unilaterally and the guest must leave the holiday home immediately. There is no right to a refund of the rental price.
If the rental is prohibited by the authorities, the landlord has a special right of termination up to one week before the start of the vacation (e.g. in the case of Corona).
The landlord will refund the amount already paid within 14 days.
Severability clause: If one of the rental conditions described above is legally invalid, it will be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the original. The other rental conditions remain unaffected and continue to be valid.
